A FORMER NFL player has been captured rambling through a belligerent rant and gushing blood from grisly injuries as he was arrested for a hit-and-run. Ex-Chicago Bears player Robert Quinn slurred protests while sitting in the back of a cop car before posing for a gruesome mugshot, police video shows. In the newly released footage, Quinn could be seen stumbling as he's escorted in front of a flashing ambulance and multiple first responders. After asking multiple times why he was being arrested, Quinn appears to half-heartedly kick the car door. In 2023, when he was a free agent for the NFL, the player was arrested and thrown in a South Carolina jail for a similar hit-and-run case.
