A man is facing a felony charge after deputies say he used counterfeit bills to pay court fines in Seneca County. Deputies arrested 30-year-old Cody A. Sabol of Seneca Falls after an investigation into the incident, which happened on September 25 around 7:45 p.m. According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, Sabol allegedly used the fake bills at the county’s Finance Department. Deputies processed Sabol at the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center. He’s expected to appear in Waterloo Town Court on October 15 to answer the charge.
