The Newport Visual Arts Center and the Oregon Coast Council for the Arts are asking artists to submit workshop proposals for the 29th annual Newport Paper and Book Arts Festival, scheduled for April 23–25, 2026. “The Oregon Coast Council for the Arts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the arts along the Oregon coast,” said organizers.
