A Harvest Moon Festival, celebrating the end of summer and the beginning of the harvest season, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Onset. More than 100 craft, merchandise, and community services vendors will be present around Prospect Park, along with 12 food vendors. According to a Wareham Week report, limited street parking will be available. Free parking is offered at Hynes Field and the Temple Lot on Union Avenue. Road closures will be in effect along Onset Avenue from Marc Anthony's to the Condos at 185 Onset Ave. and up Union Avenue to 10th Street.
