Three youths have been arrested after an armed robbery in Ajax. Two of the youth were already on court-imposed conditions relating to previous robbery charges. On , 2025, at approximately 11:50 p.m., Durham Regional Police responded to a robbery at a Shoppers Drug Mart, located at 15 Westney Road North, Ajax. Minutes later, officers located the suspect vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 401. A 16-year-old male from Toronto is charged with: Robbery with Offensive Weapon -Business; Possess Property Obtained By Crime Exceeding $5000; Disguise with Intent and Possess Weapon for the Purpose of Committing an Offence.
