Visitor Surge and Hotel OccupancySenna Fernandes noted that hotel demand is expected to remain high, with occupancy rates projected to surpass 90 percent during the holiday period. Macau welcomed nearly 26.9 million visitors in the first eight months of 2025, marking a 15 percent year-on-year increase. “We are quite optimistic and expect ideal occupancy rates during the National Day Golden Week,” Senna Fernandes told reporters.
