The Ghana Education Service (GES) has dismissed the Assistant Headmaster (Academic) of KNUST Senior High School, Mr Charles Akwasi Aidoo, after a viral video showed him in a compromising situation with a female student. In a statement issued on Monday, September 29, GES said its attention had been drawn to the video circulating on social media. The service also said it's dedicated to protecting the safety and well-being of students across the country. “The GES remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and child protection in all our schools. We strongly condemn any acts that compromise the safety, dignity, and well-being of students,” the statement said.
