A pet bobcat is on the loose in Minnesota. Captioning a photo of the bobcat, the post read: "A pet bobcat was reported to the Minnesota DNR to have escaped from its owner near Warroad, MN today, 9/25/25." And the Roseau County Sheriff's Office is urging residents not to approach it and to contact law enforcement if the bobcat is spotted. The post continued: "If you see the animal, do not approach it and call the Minnesota DNR or the Roseau County Sheriff's Office. One user said: "Asking for a friend … where does someone acquire a pet bobcat?"
