(File Photo)The Karnataka Government has accepted a feasibility study report on the proposed extension of Bengaluru Metro services to Tumakuru, Home Minister G Parameshwara said on Monday, adding that the project would become a reality soon. Speaking at a news conference in Tumakuru, Parameshwara said, “Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) was directed to carry out the study. BMRCL invited tenders at a cost of Rs 3 crore and awarded the feasibility study to a Hyderabad-based company. The company has submitted its report to the Government.”
