The biggest challenge in the arbitration sector is the trust in the integrity and honesty of the arbitrator, said Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta.
Mehta made these remarks during a two-day ‘Conference on Arbitration Law’ at the Gujarat High Court Auditorium.
