By now, almost every state-ranked team in the state of New Jersey has sent out a full varsity lineup to compete in a early season meet. Week 4 was an important tune-up for many of New Jersey’s top teams heading into the Shore Coaches Invitational, as several teams went out of state to compete in prestigious fall invitationals like the Bowdoin XC Classic in New York or the Ocean State Championships in Rhode Island.
