The Restaurant Agency said it is "now to be able to announce one of the largest restaurant deals of 2025 in the sale of Rollo Broughton Street". The new owners have been "quietly trading in the favoured Broughton Street spot since April under the previous owner’s - Ailsa and her parents George and Alison Rollo - Rollo branding", the agent said. The restaurant will continue to use the Rollo branding for "a few more months". The business was sold in an off-market confidential sale brokered by The Restaurant Agency which had acted for the Rollo family over many years, more recently selling Rollo Stockbridge. These allow you to roll over any annual allowance you did not use from the previous three tax years.
