COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew County Prosecutor’s Office found a local man guilty of Child Molestation on Wednesday, September 24. After a 2-day trial by jury, Jason Danner was found guilty of Child Molesting, a Level 1 Felony. The investigation began in the fall of 2022, when instances of abuse were reported to the Columbus Police Department. A jury trial was held on September 23-24, wherein the victim, family members of the victim, and members of the Columbus Police Department testified.
