This vision places the communal agricultural sector as a central axis of development. As a fundamental pillar of this project, President Maduro emphasized the triple «P»: Patria (Homeland), Pueblo (People), and Plan. This concept aims to guarantee «life, peace, development, and the future of Venezuela» through organized production. Beyond the productive sphere, the president also called on the population to participate in a national Civil Protection drill. The objective is to prepare citizens to face natural disasters, armed conflicts, or any scenario that tests the country’s capabilities.
