MARTIN CO. – Martin County Solid Waste will host its Annual Fall Clean-Up on Friday, October 10th, and Saturday, October 11th. The event will be held at the Loogootee location only, with special pricing applying only to this site on those two days. The clean-up hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hazardous items, which include TVs, computers, paint, light bulbs, fluorescent lights, tires, refrigerators, and freezers, will incur separate charges. Aluminum Can DriveMartin County Solid Waste will also hold an aluminum can drive on both days of the clean-up.
