The Offering consisted of 9,760,000 common shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) at a public offering price of $6.15 per common share (or $6.1499 per pre-funded warrant), for gross proceeds of approximately $60.0 million before deducting placement agent fees and offering expenses. NioCorp currently intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to advance its efforts to launch construction of the Elk Creek Project and move it to commercial operation.
