Mohamed Samak, of Chestnut Spinney, Droitwich, is accused of murdering his wife Joanne on July 1 last year. Prosecutor Matthew Brook KC opened the case for the prosecution on Monday afternoon (September 29) and said it was their submission that Samak stabbed his wife.
