Troy Volleyball drops conference series to South Alabama Published 10:06 am Monday, September 29, 2025The Troy Trojans (2-8, 0-2) opened their Sun Belt Conference schedule on the road with a series against South Alabama (7-6, 2-0) this past weekend. The Trojans were swept by South Alabama in both matches, falling 3-1 in each. In the first match, South Alabama won the first two sets 25-18 but Troy took the third 25-21 only for South to win the match with a 25-18 victory in the fourth set. Troy once again won the third set 25-23 but South Alabama claimed the match win with a 25-18 win in the fourth. Kudos to South Alabama for playing a little bit better than us today.
