Alliant Insurance Services has hired Alex Gramling as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group.
Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Gramling will serve a national client base, drawing from a background that spans the full spectrum of employee benefits, including actuarial, consulting, and corporate leadership roles.
Gramling has spent more than a decade as an employee benefits consultant, partnering with multi-state employers across industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail.
Prior to joining Alliant, Gramling was Senior Director, Total Rewards at a Fortune 100 global company, where he helped design and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned to corporate objectives and workforce needs.
