Former Miami Grand Prix president Tyler Epp has joined Cadillac’s new Formula 1 team as its global head of commercial strategy.
Epp had been the president of the Miami race since 2022 but it was announced last week that he has accepted a position elsewhere and would be replaced by Katharina Nowak.
That new destination has now been confirmed as Cadillac, where Epp will lead the incoming F1 team’s commercial operations.
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is poised to become a global force in F1 that’s rooted in American tradition and ingenuity.
With Epp having helped Miami establish itself as a new race in F1 and earn a contract extension until 2041, TWG Motorsports and Cadillac F1 team CEO Dan Towriss says his track record made him the perfect fit for the sport’s newest entrant.
