Anthony Taylor was on an easyJet flight from Bristol to Newcastle on February 8 last year when the air steward said his attention was drawn to him because he appeared drunk. The air steward contacted police through air traffic control and Taylor was arrested when the plane landed at Newcastle Airport. In a victim impact statement, the air steward said he was left feeling shocked. "If there has been no further incident, I'm likely to impose a financial penalty but if there has been any further trouble it won't be a fine."
