The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:On 09/24/2025, Deputy John Geis was dispatched to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office for a walk-in regarding a mail theft. Deputy Geis spoke to James Roland, who said someone stole a $10,000.00 check from the Heartland Church mailbox. Deputy Geis spoke to SABRINA LUPPI, the owner of the dogs, at CR 487, May, TX 76857. Deputy Geis issued a Dog Prohibited from Running at Large form to SABRINA. Deputy Geis issued a Dog Prohibited from Running at Large form to WATTS.
