Overnight stays in tourist accommodation in Malta increased more than in any other European country, according to data published by the EU’s statistics office. February recorded the largest rise, with tourist stays rising by a fifth (20%). Meanwhile, January, March and April also experienced more overnight stays, with their rises hovering around the 15% mark.
