By Tony Obiechina AbujaThe Federal Ministry of Education on Monday unveiled its Communications Strategy and Framework (2025–2027), designed to strengthen policy engagement, transparency, and collaboration in Nigeria’s education sector.
Unveiling the new strategy, the minister said it was not a document to be shelved but a blueprint for telling Nigeria’s education story with clarity, credibility, and consistency.
He added that 58,000 students have already been matched to training centres, while over 5,600 technical teachers have been retrained.
The ministry, he added, has also developed new data platforms to monitor learners from primary to secondary level and rolled out over 60,000 tablets for teacher development.
She commended PLANE and UK International Development for their technical and financial support, describing the partnership as a shared commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in education.
