Hobby Lobby construction progressing quickly Published 11:43 am Monday, September 29, 2025NATCHEZ — Construction on the new Hobby Lobby store in the Trace Town Shopping Center is progressing swiftly, said Jimmy Smith, who owns the property. Smith said the building should be complete in time for a much-anticipated opening sometime during the spring of 2026. Noon Real Estate is expected to spend $25 million developing the remainder of the complex.
