As Sharon explains; "we had a team member, Darlene, who was in hospital with terminal cancer, who has (since) passed away. We were very lucky that one of the postal contractors is a member of the SES, so we were able to contact him and he was able to organise boats to bring Darlene's family into the hospital for their goodbyes."
