NORTHAMPTON — The six new pickleball courts at Ray Ellerbrook Field, 48 Burts Pit Road, are already a draw for people testing out the sport or for the more experienced. “It’s fantastic,” Konstantin Vatrenko said about the new courts while playing last Saturday with his son. “It’s a nice bonding activity with my son.”A court schedule, rules and regulations are available on the city of Northampton website. Friends of Northampton Pickleball have been a large supporter and have fundraised for a portion of the courts. They continue to fundraise for amenities, and also offer a variety of opportunities to play.
