Shawn Mendes did have a show at TD Garden last week and he happened to take some down time to check out the local eats. It's how he ended up hearing about Brookline Lunch in Cambridge, and that is so cool we had to share. A chance run-in with the son of the owners of Brookline Lunch after a good pump session is what led Shawn to drop in. Brookline Lunch has been serving up home cooking since 1937, so it's safe to say that this spot is legendary and well deserving of the celebrity sighting.
