Xiaomi Corporation Vice Presidents Ma Ji and Yan Kesheng have officially left the company, according to multiple media reports.
Sources revealed that their profiles on the workplace platform Feishu now feature “departed” status.
After Xiaomi’s IPO in 2018, Yan was among the first of the newly appointed executives at the firm, taking on the role of Chairman of the Quality Committee, reporting directly to CEO Lei Jun.
Ma, who joined Xiaomi in 2013, was responsible for the company’s internet business before being appointed Vice President in 2022.
This marks Xiaomi’s third major leadership reshuffle in 2024, following executives Lu Weibing and Zeng Xuezhong switching roles and Wang Teng taking over as the new General Manager of the Redmi brand.
