[]
International Labour Organization
Expectations for businesses to improve their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance have increased significantly in recent years, driven by both national and international regulations.
During the session, BE presented the business case for ESG integration and officially announced the launch of its ESG training service, set to begin in January 2026.
Business Eswatini CEO, Mr. E. Nathi Dlamini, highlighted that the global shift toward greater accountability is reshaping how businesses operate.
The CEO further underscored Environmental, Social, and Governance as the language of business and the foundation for sustainable prosperity in Eswatini.
By spearheading this initiative, Business Eswatini demonstrates its leadership in driving responsible business practices and sets a new standard for employer organizations in the region.
