Chinese ready-to-drink beverage company Mixue is seeking to conduct an IPO in Hong Kong to expand its production, according to Chinese media outlet Cailian. This is the second time that the beverage company, headquartered in central China’s Henan Province, has planned to list in Hong Kong. It owns the ready-made tea beverage brand Mixue Bingcheng and the freshly ground coffee brand Lucky Coffee. Mixue has consistently followed a cost-effective strategy, rapidly growing into a leading brand in the new tea beverage industry in China. On January 2, 2024, Mixue and rival GoodMe submitted their prospectuses on the same day.
