Click2ContactFemtonics’ FEMTO3D Atlas combines high-tech science and engineering in 3D measurements. It goes beyond traditional galvo and resonant scanner-based imaging functions by combining them with a novel fast 3D imaging feature, providing an all-in-one solution for two-photon microscopy. Neural networks consist of thousands of neurons dispersed in 3D space, often across many cortical layers of the brain tissue. FEMTO3D Atlas’s 3D anti-motion technology and scanning methods provide a flexible solution to gather motion-corrected data in large volumes at high frame rates during behaviour. The product is available as a standalone microscope or as a 3D imaging extension for various types of existing systems.
