Alibaba International has launched a new global AI talent initiative, Bravo 102, as part of its 2026 campus recruitment scheme, aiming to attract top-tier AI professionals.
According to the Chinese tech giant’s careers website, 80% of the roles are AI-related, including algorithm engineering, R&D, and product management.
Breaking away from traditional recruitment models, the program allows candidates who pass interviews to choose their preferred projects and teams.
In a recent earnings call, Alibaba CEO Eddie Wu said the company will invest heavily over the next three years in AI infrastructure, foundational models, and AI-native applications.
In February, Alibaba pledged at least $52.7 billion toward cloud and AI infrastructure.
