Wang Xingxing, founder and chairman of humanoid robot maker Unitree Robotics, has taken on a new public role as the first rotating chair of the Hangzhou Embodied Intelligence Industry Alliance. The appointment was announced during a city-wide mobilization conference on AI innovation held on June 4, according to local media outlet Hangzhou Daily.
