Francis John Perrone Jr. of Ajax, Ontario, Canada, died on April 29, 2025, at age 79. Frank was born on Dec. 26, 1945, to Francis and Doris Perrone in Logansport. He was the oldest of their seven children. He graduated from Logansport High School and enlisted in the U.S. Army in June 1964. He completed one year in Vietnam and three years in the Army. In his final year he was stationed in New York City, where he met and married Theresa Ann Restivo on June 21, 1969. They had two daughters, Danielle and Amanda. Frank had a successful career in banking. He started out as a teller at a bank in Manhattan and retired as the Managing Director of Bank of America in Toronto. He then had several different jobs in retirement. Frank is survived by his wife of 55 years, Theresa, his daughter Danielle and her husband Olivier; his daughter Amanda and her partner Andrew; and his five loving grandsons: Xavier, Silas, Owen, Holden and Ben—all from Ontario. Frank is survived by four brothers: Jim (Andrea) Logansport, Tom (Peggy) Logansport, Bob (Bart) Cathedral City, California, and Andy (Donna) Fishers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters: Cecile Johnson and Suzanne Glass. The funeral service was held in Ontario. Kroeger-Crain Funeral Home and Cremation was in charge of the private family memorial service held at Mount Hope Cemetery in Logansport.
