The first Vault Hunter DLC for Borderlands 4 has been revealed by Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford during the Tokyo Game Show last week, with the new character confirmed to be a robot cowboy known as C4SH. C4SH worked at a casino as a dealer but later become disillusioned working in a customer-centric gig, so instead decided to quit and take on the role of a Vault Hunter. His abilities include throwing playing cards, which sounds very similar to Gambit of X-Men fame. Pitchford confirmed that the DLC will add “new story content” alongside this new Vault Hunter, and is included in the Borderlands 4 Vault Hunter Pack in the Super Deluxe Edition. Last week, Gearbox patched the game to add a FOV slider for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions, as well as implementing various stability and performance improvements.
