Photo Credit: Pallo-Iiro Football Club via InstagramCULTURAL venue Brummi in Rauma, Finland, has chosen to celebrate its 10th anniversary in a big – and perhaps bizarre – way. The venue, on Sunday, September 28, held the Brummi World Recorder-Throwing Championships, which saw more than 100 participants ages 6 and over, from all over Finland lining up to show off their catapulting prowess. The Recorder-Throwing Championships were held from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Rauma Winter Training Hall, a huge space where participants got ready to fling their flutes. All participants were also awarded a commemorative Brummi World Recorder-Throwing Championships T-shirt.
