Liverpool creative agency OneMay has teamed up with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the Digital Inclusion Network to launch Helping You Online — a campaign tackling digital poverty across the region. With seven million adults and one in five children in the UK living with digital poverty, the challenge is especially acute in Liverpool City Region, where more than 245,000 people lack essential digital skills and 127,000 still remain offline. At the heart of the campaign is a free 80+ page booklet, designed to help residents build digital confidence, improve online safety, access healthcare, save money and connect with local support. Co-designed with members of the Digital Inclusion Network, it brings together trusted resources in one accessible guide – available both digitally and in print.
