Highlighting the Northern Mexican heritage spirit, the inaugural Sotol Week New York will take place from 6 to 12 October 2025. Cardenxe Sotol, a leading artisanal producer, will collaborate with some of the city’s most acclaimed venues to showcase the versatility of sotol in cocktails.
