Jamavar Doha at the Sheraton Grand Doha welcomes back its Culinary Director, Michelin-starred Chef Surender Mohan, for a special visit from 28 September to 2 October 2025. Known for shaping Jamavar’s acclaimed identity in London, Dubai, and Doha, Chef Surender brings his refined perspective and signature culinary style for a limited-time experience. A vegetarian menu will also be available, featuring dishes such as Bikaneri Paneer Tikka, Chilgoza Malai Broccoli, and Gucchi Mutter Malai. The tasting menu is priced at QAR425 for the non-vegetarian option and QAR375 for vegetarian. Following Chef Surender’s visit, Jamavar’s new Winter Menu will launch on 11 October, continuing its celebration of Indian culinary heritage through seasonal innovation.
