Marcus Khurody, 57, of Grove Road, Ware, appeared at Stevenage Magistrates' Court last Monday (September 22), where was found to have caused serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving. He pleaded not guilty to causing serious injuries to a woman in the car park of Sainsbury's in Stevenage while at the wheel of a grey Audi A6 on Thursday, May 16, 2024, but was found guilty by judges. Khurody was fined £4,719, ordered to pay court costs of £650, a surcharge of £1,888 - totalling £7,257. The 57-year-old was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.
