CHESTER — The Delaware County Health Department is inviting former Crozer patients and community members to attend its free Navigating Our Health Care System: Supporting One Another During Changing Times event, 1 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30 at the Keystone First Wellness and Opportunity Center, 1929 West Ninth St., Chester. With the closing of Crozer and Taylor hospitals this past year, residents were left with little guidance for transitioning to new providers. In response, the health department held Navigating our Health Care System events that have supported hundreds of Delaware County residents. It leaves families uncertain about where to turn for care,” said Delaware County Health Department Director Lora Siegmann Werner. The event will feature displays of various garden ideas, houseplants, and floral designs and demonstrations by members and Master Gardeners.
