Sahamati Labs, the innovation arm of the Account Aggregator (AA) industry alliance, has partnered with Google Cloud India to embed AI into the AA framework. The collaboration marks the launch of an AI Centre of Excellence aimed at setting a global benchmark for financial inclusion. “At Google Cloud, we believe technology should be inclusive. By bringing our AI into India’s Account Aggregator framework, we are helping make financial services safer, more accessible, creating a model that can inspire financial ecosystems worldwide,” Sashi Sreedharan, managing director of Google Cloud India, said. A key focus will be multilingual access, with Google Cloud enabling speech-to-text and text-to-speech features in multiple Indian languages to break literacy and language barriers.
