However, dispute arising out of a contract cannot be resolved in writ petition of this nature. This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner in such circumstances, seeking the following reliefs and seeking the amount deposited by the Material Organisation. Conclusion- Held that the reliefs sought in this writ petition cannot be entertained. If at all there is any dispute with respect to the same, the remedy of the petitioner is elsewhere and under no circumstances the same can be resolved in a writ petition of this nature, as the same is a dispute arising out of a contract. Therefore, I do not find any justifiable reason to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
