With a sizable and energetic crowd in attendance, GDF wasted no time stamping their authority on the fixture. GDF forward Abumchi Opara was the star of the evening, bagging four goals in a dominant display of finishing prowess, finding the net in the 10th, 43rd, 49th, and 80th minutes. Quaency Fraser added to the carnage with a well-taken brace, scoring in the 61st and 90th minutes, while Makhaya Jarvis (75’), Stephen McDonald (69’), and Shakeem Welcome (85’) also got their names on the scoresheet in what was a complete team performance.
