Woman suffered 'online abuse' after England flags row as police get complaint

The Worcester News understands the online abuse started after a video was shared online showing a disagreement over England flags being placed on a lamppost.
The alleged online abuse has been reported both to West Mercia Police and the police and crime commissioner.
The Worcester News understands the woman who was subjected to the online abuse has not made a formal complaint herself.
Cllr Murray, the Liberal Democrat PCC spokesperson for West Mercia and a former PCC candidate, said she was 'calling on West Mercia Police and the PCC to live up to their commitments'.
West Mercia Police, the West Mercia Police and crime commissioner and Worcester Patriots were approached for comment.
