Lizzie Lou Della Odell Sosebee, age 89, of Seneca, South Carolina, wife of Charles Winfred Sosebee, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Seneca Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born April 15, 1936, in Oconee County, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Frank Odell and Roxie Stone Odell. Lizzie and her husband Charles were co-operators of the Seneca VFW Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Sosebee Jr.A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
