NONPROFITOrangewood Foundation is proud to welcome five exceptional leaders to its Board of Directors: Matthias Weber, Sean Foley, Rita Al-Silhi, Dr. H. Christopher Moore, and Alex Rounaghi.
Co-founder of WCH, Weber prioritizes service through pro bono support and prior nonprofit board leadership, including Second Harvest Food Bank and With My Own Two Hands.
He has served as Board President of the Mardan Foundation, Vice Chair of the California Bankers Association, and a member of the United Way of Los Angeles.
Rita Al-Silhi, Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager at U.S. Bank, brings over two decades of banking leadership to Orangewood’s Board.
A Dartmouth graduate, Rounaghi brings fresh vision, policy expertise, and passion for equity to Orangewood’s mission of empowering young people.
