In a police appeal issued today (July 14), the force appealed for witnesses following the run-in at the Venue Leisure Centre's staff car park on June 23, between 9am and 9.25am. A force spokesperson said: "It is reported that a man and woman had an altercation following a minor collision. After this the man, who was driving a red Vauxhall Corsa, reportedly drove his car at the victim who was a woman in her 40s, causing alarm and distress." PC Joe Geeson from the Hertsmere Intervention Team added: “I am appealing for information and witnesses of this reported incident.
