Onlookers were left "shocked and in fear" by the brawl in Blythe Close, Borehamwood, for which Michael O'Connor, Jamie Watson and Jack Pooley were sentenced at Crown Court last week. Police responded to multiple calls in September 2023 and saw the knife, chainsaw and a metal pole. The 45-year-old was convicted of affray and having an article with a blade or point in a public place, described by police as a "large knife". The 29-year-old admitted to affray and having an offensive weapon in a public place, specifically the metal pole. Neighbourhood Sergeant Matt Cann said: “The incident was witnessed by several members of the public who were left shocked and in fear by what they had seen.
